Team Purpose
The Good Neighbor Project (GNP) is a Team under the Homeless/Houseless Committee (H/H) of the Downtown Portland Neighborhood Association (DNA).
Its purpose is to support approximately 200 unhoused downtown neighbors by distributing essential goods for survival and building “good neighbor” relationships.
